Bread Snob

I realized today that I'm a total bread snob. When Erin and I make homemade whole wheat bread, I LOVE it the day we bake it....especially right out of the oven....but anytime that day is best. I will eat it after it's been frozen, but my all-time favorite is the same day it's baked. I decided I'm a bread snob. Just sayin'...
