Randomness

I haven't posted in several days, so this will be a bit random.
Mark and I watched Dallin and Luke last Thursday and Friday because their day care lady was out of town for a family funeral. We had a great time with the boys. They're so much fun and kept us laughing a lot. On Friday, Mark dropped me off at a local hotel for a National Scrapbook Day three-day crop. I only stayed two days, though. But it was fun. We worked/played from about noon on Friday until 2 am on Saturday. We were back at it by 8 am Saturday and I stayed until almost midnight.
Mark was busy with his Camp Lo Mia clean-up project. I had a good time with Jan, her sister, Sharon, a friend, Jolene, and about 60 other scrappers.

On Sunday after everyone was done with their Sunday meetings, we had dinner at Erin and Brian's house. The kids have such a good time when them get together. They especially like to dress up, put on skits and dance! Sunday was no exception. Eliza dressed up like a cat and even did her own make-up.

They all had fun doing a crazy dance. I got a kick out of this picture....Luke is totally airborn. I don't know why, but it made me giggle!

Today Erin needed to go to a quilting shop to find some cute fabric for a baby gift she is making. We took Ellie and Hattie along. They were really well-behaved and Hattie was especially funny. She'd walk along all the bolts of fabric and gently touch them and say, "This is so cute!" She'd say it over and over and over again. And we went to three different stores and she said it at each and every store. She must have repeated that phrase 100 times today! Erin and I (and all the other ladies in the shops!) got quite a kick out of her.

And Erin was asking a man at one of the shops about getting her sewing machine fixed. He asked what kind it was and she said, "It's a Brother." Hattie thought she was talking about the baby and she immediately pointed to her belly and said "brother". It was so funny. I don't think anyone but Erin and I "got" it, so they probably were wondering why we were laughing. Life is funny sometimes.
