Mark has been wanting to learn how to cook using a Dutch oven. So for Christmas this past year, I gave him a Dutch oven and all of the other supplies he needed, along with a class. It was taught by our friend, Mark Wilkins. It was held on a Saturday and we were there all day cooking and learning. What a fun class that was! And we've tried our hand at several other meals since then....until summer hit....too hot to be outside standing over a fire, even long enough to get the coals hot. I'm sure we'll be back at it come autumn.
